Session details:

Improving the Citizen Experience (CX) by Assessing Digital Engagement Maturity
More than 70% of a customer’s experience is completed before they’ve fully engaged with you. A strategic, comprehensive and measured understanding of the CX is critical to your program’s success. In this session, our digital engagement strategists will help you start to map out your CX and make steps toward improving it through our signature digital maturity assessment – a review of six key components expert communicators leverage: people, audience, outcomes, solutions, reports and security. You will leave with actionable takeaways to recommend to your team to enhance your CX.

How to Build Engaging Learning Experiences
Everyone knows engaging content when they see it – but creating that content is a much trickier affair. In this workshop, you’ll roll up your sleeves and participate in a design thinking activity to uncover the keys to creating engaging content. Together, we’ll discuss the group’s findings and ways to begin implementing these best practices at your agency today.

Optimizing Mobile Engagement
The average attention span is 8 seconds — but that doesn’t mean the end of quality engagement. In this workshop, you’ll learn + practice how to build bite-sized content, and incorporate them into drip campaigns for mobile engagement over time. Together, we’ll discuss the group’s findings and explore ways to begin implementing these best practices at your agency today.
